YESTERDAY'S ANSWER = There weren’t any stairs, it was a one-story house. Q: What has hands but can’t clap? FIELD TRIP Our field trip to the Shepard Landfill and Composting Facility is tomorrow, Wednesday, April 24. We will be leaving the school at 9:30 am and returning approx. 1:30 pm. Students will have a 20 minute lunch/washroom break at around 11:30 am. As time is limited for eating lunch, please ensure that your child has a lunch that will accommodate the time frame allotted and is "waste free". Students will be taking home any waste from their lunch. We are asking that students wear clothes appropriate for the weather conditions. We are looking forward to this opportunity to see how the City of Calgary manages waste. WHAT WE DID TODAY...

I've been a teacher at Chaparral School since 2010, in which I have taught grades 3, 4, and 5. I enjoy working with students in engaging activities that allow for personal growth, believing that each child can succeed and become independent learners who demonstrate personal responsibility. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, quilting, and gardening. Archives
